1. Introduction
These Betting Rules govern the use of the Onabet sportsbook. By placing a bet, the End User confirms understanding and acceptance of these Rules and agrees to comply with them at all times, subject to applicable law and regulatory oversight.
2. Definitions

Sportsbook – the Onabet online platform and all connected technology, including source and object code, software, tools and interfaces provided for the provision of betting services.

End User – an individual who uses the Sportsbook and who has agreed to these Betting Rules.

Bet – a risk-based agreement between the End User and Onabet on the outcome of an Event or Market, entered with a Stake and settled in accordance with these Rules and applicable law.

Stake – the amount of money placed by the End User on a Bet as consideration for participation.

Outcome – the result of the Event, Market or selection on which a Bet is placed.

Market – a defined betting proposition within an Event or live offering on which a Stake may be placed.

Event – a sports, esports or other activity offered with associated Odds by the Sportsbook.

Odds – the coefficient applied to determine potential Winnings for a given Bet.

Winnings – the amount payable to an End User when a Bet is settled in their favour.

Operator – the licensed legal entity providing betting services via the Onabet platform.
3. General Rules

3.1 Eligibility – An End User must be at least the applicable gambling age in their jurisdiction and reside in a location where online betting is legally accessible. Onabet may require identity verification consistent with its KYC procedures.

3.2 Language – If there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English version governs.

3.3 Bet Finality – Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed in the betslip, it cannot be reversed. Onabet is not liable for missing or duplicate Stakes, nor for post-acceptance alterations to Bets.

3.4 Auditability – All Bets and transactions may be reviewed in the End User’s account interface to verify acceptance and settlement history.

3.5 Informational Content – Data and editorial content published on the Sportsbook are for informational or entertainment purposes and do not constitute decision-making guidance or a warranty of outcomes.

3.6 Automated Systems – The use of automated tools or robots to place Bets is prohibited and may result in Bet cancellation or account action.

3.7 Multiple Accounts – The operation of multiple or third-party accounts by a single End User is forbidden; violations render Bets void and may result in account suspension.

3.8 Market Variance – Available Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory allowances; changes may occur without prior notice where permitted by law.

3.9 Data Sources – Onabet uses reputable data sources to determine Bet outcomes; disclosure of data sources may be provided on request.

3.10 Rule Hierarchy – In case of conflict, Market Rules prevail over Sport Rules, which prevail over General Rules. In the absence of specific Market or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
4. Placing Stakes / Making Bets

4.1 Compliance – All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law.

4.2 Validation – A Bet is valid only when expressly confirmed as accepted in the betslip.

4.3 Discretion – Onabet reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at any time.

4.4 Bet Types

4.4.1 Single – A Bet on a single Outcome; payout equals Stake multiplied by Odds.

4.4.2 Combo – A Bet on multiple independent Outcomes; all selections must be correct for a win; payout equals Stake multiplied by total Combo Odds.

4.4.3 System – A collection of multiple Combo Bets derived from a fixed selection; Stake is distributed across combinations; payout equals Stake multiplied by the total odds of winning combinations.

4.4.4 Trixie – Three bets from three Selections comprising one Treble and two Doubles; payout equals Stake multiplied by total odds.

4.4.5 Patent – A fixed combination of seven Bets (treble, doubles and singles) with payout as Stake times total odds.

4.4.6 Yankee – Fourfold, multiple trebles and doubles across four Events; payout is Stake times total odds.

4.4.7 Canadian (Super Yankee) – Fivefolds, multiple fourfolds, trebles and doubles across five Events; payout is Stake times total odds.

4.4.8 Heinz – Sixfolds and higher across six Events; payout is Stake times total odds.

4.4.9 Super Heinz – Sevenfolds with combinations across seven Events; payout is Stake times total odds.

4.4.10 Goliath – Eightfolds and higher across eight Events; payout is Stake times total odds.

4.4.11 Rounding – If Odds contain more than two decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the second decimal place.

4.4.12 Cash Out – A feature allowing settlement of a Bet before final outcome under revised terms; availability and terms are at Onabet’s discretion and may change without notice. Not all Bets are eligible.

4.4.13 Bet Builder – A Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event; all selections must be correct to win; may be included in Combo or System Bets; available at Onabet’s sole discretion and for eligible Sports/Events.

4.4.14 Early Payout – A discretionary feature permitting settlement of a Bet as a winner before final outcome if predefined conditions are met, as displayed with the Bet offer. Availability, conditions, and eligible Bets vary by Event/Market and may be removed at any time. Where applicable, Early Payout may not apply to bonus bets or certain bet types. Settlement may be adjusted for errors in accordance with these Rules.

4.5 Market Types

4.5.1 Match (1X2) – Bet on Match outcome: 1 = Home win, X = Draw, 2 = Away win.

4.5.2 Correct Score – Bet on the exact final score of the Event.

4.5.3 Over/Under (Totals) – Bet on whether the total of a defined statistic exceeds or remains below a specified line; if the final total equals the line, the Bet is void.

4.5.4 Odd/Even – Bet on the final value being an odd or even number.

4.5.5 Head-to-Head / Triple-Head – Bets on direct comparisons among two or three participants.

4.5.6 Half Time / Full Time – Bets on results at half-time and at full-time; if the match format deviates, the Bet is void.

4.5.7 Period Betting – Bets on the result of individual periods within an Event.

4.5.8 Draw No Bet – Bet on a team to win; stake refunded if the final result is a draw.

4.5.9 Handicap – A handicap is applied to one side; if the result after applying the handicap equals the line, the Bet is void.

4.5.10 Asian Handicap – Stake is allocated between two handicap lines; partial win or loss may occur based on the final result.

4.5.11 Double Chance – Bets on two outcomes (e.g., 1X, 12, X2) to win.

4.5.12 Outright / Place – Bets on final tournament placement or winner.

4.5.13 Quarter / Half / Period X – Bets on outcomes within defined segments of the Event.

4.5.14 Result at End of Quarter / Half / Period X – Aggregates results up to the specified segment end.

4.5.15 Race to X Points / Goals – Bets on which participant reaches a defined threshold first; bets void if the condition is not met.

4.5.16 Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X – Bets on which participant achieves a defined milestone (points/goals).
5. Settlement and Disputes

5.1 Data integrity – Bets are settled in accordance with the official data sources used by Onabet; if a data source is not disclosed, it may be provided upon request.

5.2 Settlement timing – Settlements occur promptly after the event concludes or after a verified confirmation of the outcome; delays may arise where data is pending confirmation.

5.3 Corrections – In the event of an erroneous settlement due to technical, human or game situations (including VAR or similar scenarios), Onabet reserves the right to correct the settlement consistent with these Rules.

5.4 Voids and adjustments – Bets may be voided or adjusted in accordance with the general Betting Rules and Market Rules.
6. Live Betting and In-Play
Live or in-play wagering is offered where available. Odds, Market availability and settlement may be updated in real time. Cash Out and Bet Builder features may apply to in-play Bets where explicitly offered. Onabet may pause or suspend live markets for operational, regulatory or risk reasons without prior notice.
7. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of their residence and the jurisdiction from which they access the Sportsbook. Onabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with these requirements, including age, licensing, anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations.
8. Changes to Rules and Governing Law
Onabet may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Sportsbook, including markets, betting limits and payout rules, without prior notice where permitted by law. These Betting Rules may be updated or amended at any time, and such changes take effect upon posting. The English version governs in case of any inconsistency with translations.
9. Language and Versions
English is the governing language for these Betting Rules. Other language versions may be provided for convenience; in case of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
10. Responsible Gaming
Onabet promotes responsible gaming. End Users should set personal limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Self-exclusion, time-out and deposit limits are available in the account settings where permitted by law.
11. Miscellaneous
All bets are subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements. If any provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By using the Sportsbook, the End User acknowledges and agrees to these Betting Rules and all policies that Onabet may publish from time to time.
